Selecting a paid plan

Creating an Agent Bio account is completely free, but some features like image management, analytics, and custom themes are reserved for paid plans only.

Upgrading to a paid plan

1. Visit Billing while logged in.
2. Create your billing account with the email you would like to receive billing communications to.
3. Select a paid plan (Monthly or Annual)
4. Enter your credit card information and promo code if you have one.
5. Submit payment
6. Done!

Your account will automatically be refreshed and all PRO features will be instantly available. Happy customizing!

Changing plans

If you would like to downgrade or upgrade from a monthly to annual plan, we make it extremely simple to do so. Any payments already made for the current cycle will automatically be pro-rated when changing plans. You can view any adjustments directly in the plan management section of your billing page.

How do I change plans?

1. Visit Billing
2. Click "Manage Plan"
3. Select a new plan.
4. Confirm the amount of your new billing cycle
5. Click "Confirm Change"

Your account will be updated instantly, and if any charges occurred, a new invoice will be generated and available for your use.

Viewing Invoices

Invoices are created for every charge and are available for download anytime inside the Billing center.

How to find my invoices?

1. Visit Billing
2. Click "Invoices"
3. View all invoices and download as needed.

Cancelling subscription

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time directly inside the Billing center while logged in. Your account summary includes a link to "Cancel Subscription" that will instantly cancel your paid plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Visit Billing
2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
3. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately.

Note: No refunds will be generated for unused time in the monthly billing cycle.
